Warranty Policy

 

1. Introduction
All Fusion Media Tech Co., Ltd. (Fudia) products are warranted and tested to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and to conform to the published specifications. Should your Fudia products (Product) malfunction during normal use in its recommended environment due to improper workmanship or materials within the warranty period, Fudia will repair the Product or replace it with a comparable one. This warranty is subject to the conditions and limitations set forth herein.


2. Limitation
This warranty does not apply to Products that fail due to accident, abuse, mishandling, improper installation, alteration, acts of nature, improper usage, or problems with electrical power. The Products must be used in proper devices that conform to the recommended industry standards. Fudia will not be liable for damages resulting from a third party device that causes the Products to fail. Fudia shall in no event be liable for any loss or damages including any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages such as lost profits, lost business investments, lost goodwill, or interference with business relationships as a result of lost data. Fudia is not responsible for recovery of data or image and does not warrant against any loss of data or image (including data stored on product returned to Fudia for service), and assumes no liability for such loss or any loss. Either, Fudia is not responsible for damage or failure of any third party equipment, even if Fudia has been advised of the possibility. This limitation does not apply to the extent that it is illegal or unenforceable under applicable law. This warranty does not cover fittings, parts and accessories.


3. Disclaimer
The foregoing limited warranty is exclusive, with no other warranties, implied or statutory, including, but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty is not affected in any part by Fudia providing technical support or advice. Warranty is subject to change without notice.


4. Duration of Warranty
This limited warranty only applies to the original end user customer of the product for as long as the original end user customer owns the product. This limited warranty is non-transferable. The products listed herein, are subject to change without notice.

One-Year Warranty :
Fudia warrants the Products as categorized as Industrial to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1-Years from the date of purchase. Fudia will inspect and make the determination as to whether the Product is eligible for repair or replacement. The decision by Fudia regarding eligibility of the Product for repair or replacement will be final and binding. Fudia reserves the right to provide a functionally equivalent refurbished replacement Product.

Lifetime Warranty:
Fudia warrants the Products as specified as Lifetime Warranty to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for its life so long as you own it from the date of purchase. Fudia will inspect and make the determination as to whether the Product is eligible for repair or replacement. The decision by Fudia regarding eligibility of the Product for repair or replacement will be final and binding. Fudia reserves the right to provide a functionally equivalent refurbished replacement Product.


5. Warranty Claim Requirements & RMA Guidelines
Prior to sending Products for warranty services, please contact the RMA department of Fudia to acquire a " RMA Request Form ", fill in the RMA request form (Please clearly fill in all contact details) and notify the RMA department of the problems you are experiencing. The RMA department will then issue a RMA number and then ask you to send the product back to Fudia. The RMA number " must " be clearly written on the packaging of the product that is being sent back. Please also take care when packaging, make sure to place sufficient padding as damages may occur during transportation. Within 30 days of receiving the RMA number, the product along with the RMA number must arrive at Fudia Taiwan headquarter or other nearest global branch office. Customer must pay for all delivery and any insurance costs when sending RMA products to Fudia and Fudia will cover all handling and insurance costs when returning repaired products back to customers.
